Cons
Lots of long days, and mandatory overtime in busy season. (All year) Often thinly disguised malice or prejudice against line employees. Not tasking employees properly, resulting therefore in wide spread disillusionment A form of emotional abuse ongoing, because of unrealistic performance metrics.
