Pros

Compensation – this is the only reason that kept me at the job.

Cons

Total lack of diversity at the leadership level, unnecessarily harsh/rigorous expectations at the team level, culture was extremely toxic and exploitative.

Pros

Really depends on your team, but I feel like mine is great even while remote. Lots of flexibility, variety in projects, ability to learn new skills and pursue new ideas. You get out what you put in. So much room for growth. After coming from a constant grind culture with little appreciation, I really love it here.

Cons

Not always the most exciting stuff as a creative, but it's so worth it for good pay and decent benefits + flexibility.
