Pros

Easy to get time off. Benefits from day 1. stock incentive.

Cons

Low hourly pay. little training, sink or swim mentality. Cooperate B.S. Limited room for growth. Pay structure is not beneficial for those who do not plan to stay in the same role for at least 4 years. Deal with a lot of peoples personally issues because were safety. People come to you because HR won't help. Promotions based on favoritism.

Pros

Gets your foot in the door for safety if you are brand new/college graduate. Helps you slowly develop into a professional

Cons

Feel like a babysitter for ops and everyone else on site. Don't get paid enough for the amount of "projects" and other bs you have to deal with on the daily. No room for moving up
