      Pros

      Great compensation and generous working budgets per event.

      Cons

      Every day you have to run as fast as you can, just to maintain. It's incredibly stressful and there is a lot of competition between colleagues, in order to stay on top.

      Pros

      I received great sign-on bonuses for years 1 and 2 and these were paid out monthly. Also Amazon stock although it takes 4 years to fully collect. Mostly great colleagues. Was able to work fully remote until all were called back into the office

      Cons

      Constant pressure to do more, unreasonable expectations, attorney who led group built her success on the backs of those she supervised. Constant turnover.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom to choose a path for projects to work on, lots of different teams.

      Cons

      Managers have the ability to choose to follow standards/metrics to measure people. In theory its supposed to be completely based on each individual, in reality managers without skills in leadership, or a backbone can make life rough if they don't like someone.
