Pros

1. Good money. 2. If you like to work and learn a lot then this is good place to be in. 3. Offices in multiple locations

Cons

1) WLB - Even when you are free (After work or weekends) you will think about job. Most of the time you will work entire day on weekdays and chances are high even on weekends. Because there is always some or other deadline to meet. And if you don't meet the deadline you are in pivot. 2) PIP - Many people get pip'd Tip - Keep studying on side even if you join aws because u never know when you will have to interview in order to find a new job.
