Managers are the worst, most of them don't have any idea of technical expertise needed. Also, company will destroy your mental health. If you work there, keep an eye on your metric page and make frequent screenshots, they will manipulate it justify your PIP.

Pros

You will get a Fortune 100 company's name on your resume

Cons

The culture is horrible. No work life balance. The good managers were pushed away and the bad ones who care nothing about employees get promoted. There is no career path beyond L6. My direct manager and two skip level managers left and my whole team was gone within one year.
