      worse and worse every year

      competitive pay good tech quality peers strong brand recognition still 1 day in the office/ RTO

      Cons

      push for 5 day RTO, but London office too packed managers manage down words not up words stingy and frugal

      Pay was nice, wfh was good

      Cons

      Lots of politics, very little backing from management. Customer was able to walk over employees, and saw upper management actively keep direct reports from moving up so they could look better for their own promotion. Maybe it was just the team I was working on, but it was super stressful and definitely would not do it again. Work life balance was never achievable, work 8 hours, why didnt you work 10? Work 10, why didnt you work 12? Never ending.
