A massive amount of knowledge to be gained with respect to how to utilize cloud technologies.
Cons
The lack of structure trying to move up in rank is not there. The engineers run the teams, and management just complains about the metrics which are almost impossible to hit all the time. It is just pure chaos. Not controlled chaos. The turnover rate is the highest I've ever seen in an organization. You take a job in cloud support just to get in the door, and try to leave as soon as you get there.
