Pros

-Great benefits -Great long-term RSU opportunities -Great business partners in the operational DC environment -When available, there are fun social events to partake in

Cons

-Promotional ladder is more like a roller coaster than a straight narrowed path -Major Scaling of the company has made some DC operations difficult to keep up with the demands -A lot of data and metrics collection at job levels that aren't sufficient to their job role or responsibilities

Pros

You get to learn a lot about scale and how to stab people in the back.

Cons

If you have options, don't join. You'll get laid off in a few months. I'm being laid off after moving my entire life from overseas and then being told that I'm no longer needed (along with my entire team). Managers also suck, my L8 is out to get me and has my L7 do his dirty work. If you join, join for the learnings and then let go before it infects you with its toxicity.
