Some regions get different or delayed information than others—difficult finding growth at a professional level. Heavily metrics driven. Some staff view volunteers as just bodies to do the work. The budget is a mess of not properly funded equitably. Not much of a work culture. There is a disconnect between different departments. Sometimes it feels like you are working 3 jobs at the same time if you don't have enough volunteers.
