Great organization but poor management.

Pros

Great mission and a strong brand. There is no doubt that the money being raised is going to a good cause and a need in the community.

Cons

There is no training or on boarding process for new employees. Management is very disconnected to the demands of the "front line" employees, especially in fundraising--little to no support. The whole structure of the organization is very inefficient. It is amazing how they can respond to large scale disasters so well, but the rest of the organization is in shambles. It is a hard place to work.
