General Public is under the illusion that it is a respectful organization; makes you feel good that other's think you are working for a "good" organization. Only the employees know better.

Cons

Uniformed Leaders Staff are blamed-Not the Organizational Processes Lack/Outdated Resources Leaders who initially mismanaged ARC; Still in Place and still making bad decisions

Pros

A genuine feeling that you're helping people every day. Three weeks off in your first year of working.

Cons

Management is terrifyingly awful. We are constantly held under fear of losing our jobs. Very difficult to get a promotion. A good performance is rewarded with a pin and not much else, while one month of less-than-stellar performance is punishable by constant threat of unemployment. ARC seems to currently be going through massive down sizing.
