Pros
The company truly goes out of its way to help others. Its employees are also very dedicated. They not only work for the Red Cross but they also volunteer in their spare time. The folks who work here are a dedicated bunch who go out of their way working all sorts of hours to accomplish whatever needs to be done to get their job done and to help others.
Cons
The company does not forecast its spending for operational expenses very well. Because of this every six months they have constant staff layoffs. No one is immune from being laid off with the exception of senior management.They get rid of alot of very useful hardworking staff but then laden themselves with executive directors and all sorts of vice presidents and presidents.
