Pros

Saving lives of course is the biggest pro. Company has 5% 401k match.

Cons

no tuition reimbursement, Sites are open on holidays and weekends 365 days a year and this creates so much stress for collection staff and supervisors. Employees leave eventually to find jobs that have better work/life balance. People don't stay long term like they used to. The schedule bid and PTO system are not working well and because of the lack of flexibility people are unhappy. There has been effort recently with the cultivating culture initiative to improve things but it just doesn't seem like enough yet, people are still burnt out and not feeling appreciated.

Pros

Company has an important mission.

Cons

Does not value its long-term staff. Lays them off to save a few bucks.
