      Overtime and depending on the department you can work from home.

      Cons

      Management and leadership are terrible. Poor raises, on call multiple times a year, must work weekends. Disorganized place. No sick time. Must use your little PTO you get. Can’t take no more than 4 weekends a year. Constant blood shortage makes it difficult on the staff when dealing with hospitals.
