      Decent pay in some departments, flexible management

      Cons

      Everyone is on a power trip, social politics run amok, talk to the employees and no one is happy, Several departments are underpaid. The Mission of the company stands strong but this individual location is lost on that. HR training regards social trends that are not clearly defined and employees are bullied into agreeing with it. Management stresses employees with potential job loss to keep them in their place. If you look at the employees leaving it is the staff that have been with the company 10 plus years because of how downhill this location has gone.
