So much waste.

Pros

Mission is very impactful to those that qualify for help. Some regions allow employees to work remote, depends on the area. Good medical insurance options in some areas.

Cons

So much wasted time and resources (people, money). Lack of transparency when receiving donations of items. Many regions are being forced back into office. Leadership turnover is favoring leaders who want to return to office. Leadership tends to be the opposite of diverse. Will allow employees to be bullied by volunteers or community members and put in poor situations such as driving 6-8 hours in a day because leadership refuses to allow overnight hotel stays even when traveling 3+ hours from home. Best way to move up is to give up work-life balance.
