Pros

Wonderful people, good salary, good lief/work balance

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic and demoralizing, consistently poor decisions my management, little productive work actually gets accomplished -- money and time wasted on managing internally-created bureaucratic hurdles

Pros

There are no pros for ever working for the American Red Cross because they treat their donors and employees horribly!

Cons

Cons: Management act like little children, scheduling does everything possible to make you drive as far away as possible from your home and waste time and gas etc, employees talk poorly about donors, employees are disgruntled and for the most part don't care. I'll stop here as I could go on and on.
