toxic leadership and culture

Pros

Salary is decent but doesn’t outweigh being overworked and bullied

Cons

CEO , senior leadership team and board is extremely toxic. They waste public money on fighting legal battles with each other constantly. They have a heavy amount of managers doing nothing and fired all juniors and the ones left are doing all the work for the whole org. Bullying is the norm and accepted part of their culture.

It was great. Working with mission-driven individuals is always a great motivator. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

Cons

None. Everything that was stated in the JD is what I got and experienced.
