Pros

benefits on par with other large organizations but more expensive.

Cons

Top-down (only) management, and the caste system (forced ranking and 'old boy' networks from NCR and Zurich are undermining the company's ability to perform effectively and efficiently. Women are marginalized, routinely rated below expectations. 12h work day in IT the standard.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Good employees and good location.

Cons

Too much work. Lousy training. Technology is old and behind times. Benefits are awful. Team leaders accentuate the negative and do not mention good work you do. Do not promote from within. Raises are small and they do not pay raises and bonuses ,if any, as was told when hired. Do not promote from within. Usually comes from outsude or they promote the people who suck up. Very low job satisfaction in whole office.
