Pros

Some of my co-workers were super helpful even though the company was not.

Cons

They refuse to train you. Even though they are short-staffed, they won't hire anyone. No work life balance at all. The turn around on managers is so messy.

Pros

Certain discounts that were offered

Cons

Compensation offered by the company does not align with current market standards. There is a lack of a genuine workplace culture, leaving employees feeling disconnected. Despite the company reporting significant profits, no bonuses were distributed to employees. Management lacks transparency, often presenting situations in a more favorable light than the reality experienced by employees. Appears to be a significant divide between teams and staff.

Pros

You can pay your rent and feed yourself.

Cons

Workload trickles down to lower levels with almost no oversight at the higher levels. The wrong people end up moving up due to cozy relationships and manipulation.
