Pros

None. I applied for Investment Analyst but for some reason the interview was for "Global Benefits Analyst". The job contract only mentioned Analyst and the interview was just behavioral so I didn't know until I started that the job scope was completely different. And now when I try to apply for Analyst roles, I get auto-rejected, maybe I got blacklisted, I don't know. For my specific role, I have nothing to do. I only need to enter data from pdf into this excel spreadsheet and update pivot tables, and I chase clients to pay us. Can you believe it, for 2 years the clients didn't pay insurance premiums! Wow, and nobody knows what I'm doing because they don't know excel. My boss went for maternity leave for 1 year, 2 weeks after I started, without having the courtesy to inform me during the interview (she was sitting down so I didn't see her belly). I know my replacement got the job despite having no knowledge of excel, my boss force me to write a manual for her, and she is paid $4 more than me. Connections maybe?

Pros

- International team with 75+ auditors - friendly, knowledgeable - There are a few amazing members of the team who you will bond with almost instantly! - Teammate Audit Software - Currently working 100% virtual (still in talks about return to office requirements)

Cons

- Salary is not competitive and raises have historically been below 3% - Bonus is never paid out at 100%. There is a sneaky "funded" and "multiplier" rate which is used to reduce the bonus. Even the highest performer did not receive a full bonus in the past 4-5 years. - Management does not promote in a timely manner which has led to many staff leaving the department to seek new opportunities outside of the company.
