Nobody EVER gets fired. Bonus structure just for doing job (VUP)

-Incompetent leadership in Cyber Solutions -They make the worst hiring decisions -Horrible Culture -Poor Annual Raises -No Challenging work in Advisory -All client work is heavily discounted so not enough hrs allocated to complete work - Cyber Solutions CEO (Christian Hoffman) has no real understanding of consulting -There is very little diversity in Aon -Incompetent CFO Nicholas Dan makes operational decisions -High attrition rates with experienced individuals joining Aon

*If you have a supportive manager there are opportunities for professional development such as funding for industry qualifications. *They look to promote from within the company where possible

Cons

*Corporate politics always in play at this company *Easier to get a pay raise by being offered a job at Capita, then returning to Aon and vice versa. The internal pay raises are insignificant and typically below inflation so pay reduction in real terms. *People will step on you to get above you.
