Pros

1. Work life balance 2. Leave policy

Cons

1. Indian leadership, after transition is pathetic. 2. HR setup is not as per industrial standards. They are not approachable. They want a 'Maestro' for everything and do not follow TAT(which keeps getting extended). 3. Aon culture is a sham in India (courtesy Indian leadership). 4. Too much of hierarchy and egoistic bureaucracy. Its difficult to expect unity in such circumstances. 5. Indian leadership lacks a solution driven approach. They identify problems and give you reasons as to why a work cannot be done instead of exploring options.(reason why you are the butt of all jokes)
