Pros

Don't really have to work. Analysts are just paper pushers. They are constantly hiring and training offshore teams to do your job for you

Cons

No development. No real incentive to work as no promote when ready. Terrible pay, they know it, and don't care. Lots of turnover in position as people leverage the experience for better jobs.
