- Big company with many layers of management. - Accountable to and constantly reviewed by many stakeholders. - Intense growth goals. - Hundreds of pages of rules to follow that can be hard to obey (eg: maintaining precise work schedule while also handling colleagues in many time-zones and meeting really time-consuming deadlines, many conduct guidelines that make it easy to get in trouble).

- Irreplaceable seniors feel free to bully new starters, since they're too valuable to be penalised or reprimanded. - If you request to be moved to a team without a bully, you'll be rejected - Lots of people leave for mental health issues [including me]. - The systems are messy, complex, and have issues you'd never expect or predict, so you can never learn a task 100% - Bombarded with new knowledge and system error solutions everyday - Referal scheme doesn't work across borders [if you refer someone in another country, you won't get paid]
