Pros

Great opportunities to get involved in projects outside of your job description. Collaborative environment, great work-life balance. Most of Aon is set up to be virtual, meaning you can work from home if needed.

Cons

The regular red-tape that comes with a large organization. Takes a bit to navigate at first.

Pros

Flexible work arrangement. Great co-workers. Clean office space. Sizable desk, with good amenities.

Cons

No raises for several years (despite receiving a good performance rating and good organic corporate growth). Little budget for process improvement or system refreshes.

Pros

Investment in training and exposure

Cons

Without the real progression in monetary increments or corporate seniority, the company is essentially training employees for the competitors
