      Company culture is good. Company policies are good. Annual Increment is better than other service based IT company

      As its not an IT company so they have limited project and so you wont get chance to work on emerging or trending technologies in market. Most of the project are of maintenance so chances of getting good work which involves new technologies are less Learning of new technology\software best practices would be less as most of the projects are of maintenance No onsite opportunites
