Pros

It was very easy to move up in the company. The job is literally what you make it.

Cons

When BlackStone bought Aon Hewitt, they severed a lot of people and then never replaced them. That left others having to pick up the slack! I averaged 60 hours a week normally. That does not give a good work'life balance at all! When I gave my resignation they could have easily given me the amount of money I told them it would cost for me to stay, but of course they didn't. I've been gone for over a month and a half and they still have not replaced me. I feel bad for my old teammates!

Pros

Great place to learn about corporate bureaucracy.

Cons

No career path. Full of nepotism and cronyism. Good ole boy network is king.

Pros

It’s just a job that you will grow to hate.

Cons

Completely dysfunctional group of individuals; the level of passive aggressive behavior was startling. The systems they are on can only be called Stone Age, once you add that they’re not even up to date with any of the agile methodologies, this added to backwardness making it a nightmare to work with folks there, navigating around the condensing personalities just makes it unbearable awful.
