      Pros

      Excellent training; they paid for my classes necessary to obtain my insurance license. Good training on their computer system. Nice facilities and offices. Smart, hard-working co-workers.

      Cons

      Administrative job involves huge amounts of paperwork, generating Certificates of Insurance, forwarding and keeping copies of policies, etc. The legal language in commercial insurance policies is confusing.
