Pros

Aon is a good place to work and start your career. Social benefits are good. The international network makes more easy to access your local customer prospects providing introduccion to local multinational companies.

Cons

Administration task are overloaded. I beleive in the 70% frontoffice ratio but Account executives inherited an amount of administrative work that prevents better play their main role. Not many offers to change or to choose to a job in another country. Still awaitng to see how job talent is developed.

Pros

Flexible hours and comparatively decent benefits.

Cons

In order to get a salary increase in line with the cost of living, you need to get a new job, no matter how well you're doing in your current one. It often seems that Aon would rather hire an outsider than develop the staff they have into leadership positions.
