Pros

Paid well. Good overall benefits.

Cons

Poor management. Does not create team cohesion. Too much bureaucracy. Very little innovation as a result of outsourcing everything including most IT functions, difficult governance model. Too many companies within the Aon umbrella which creates a difficult political environment.

Pros

Great sense of momentum building with the move of Corporate HQ to London and the prospect of a new building. Good senior management team with clear vision for what they want to achieve. Real sense of purpose building and some great policies being put in place.

Cons

Some areas still exhibit the old opt out culture but this is being eradicated

Pros

Some departments offer flex-time scheduling, work from home opportunities, and/or travel opportunities. Generally, there is not much micro-managing, although it may depend on the manager.

Cons

There is not much of a team atmosphere. Aside from work-related interaction, there is hardly any socializing or interactions.
