Pros

Good life/work balance. Excellent benefits. My manager did not micro-manage me. Flexible work schedule. Interesting work. Fun and intelligent co-workers. Nice office location.

Cons

Too much administrative/transparency requirements. Some of the clients were located in places that were far from the office, which meant long commutes to attend client meetings.

Pros

Surrounded by intelligent, strategic minds; the business of risk has never been more relevant or complex than it is today.

Cons

Knowledge sharing is a challenge and is something the firm has made a priority to tackle. We are seeing movement there. As with any large organization, looking at it from a marketing and communications standpoint can be frustrating as consistency can be lacking among constituents from different areas of the world.
