Pros

Great place for white people from the UK or North America. Expect a management role if you love to abuse people.

Cons

Toxic workplace. Full of incompetent people, especially in management roles. Lots of bullying and abuse. Staff are disengaged and depressed.

Overly Political

Pros

Some brilliant, lovely, highly intelligent people who deliver exceptional service to their clients. Excellent excel tools. Some good company benefits (sharesave, private healthcare, health checks, discounts)

Cons

So much red tape in certain processes hinders getting work done. Overly political pushing 'woke' and divisive agendas on their employees. Totally understandable though when Aon's main shareholders will be those who sit hand in hand at the WEF who are pushing these narratives.
