Zero transparency, political & profit focused

Pros

MNC benefits such as insurance and flexi claims, hybrid working arrangements, flexibility, decent offices and office locations

Cons

Top leadership only care about optics to suit themselves, no cohesive direction, your career longevity and how much your salary progresses depends on who you know. Decisions are made without transparency or honesty. Rewards are inevitably based on how much your manager likes you rather than your performance. Only top leadership and their cronies get rewarded. No job security with continuous quiet lay offs happening across.

Pros

People are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Nothing as yet. As a large organisation Aon works hard to meet the demands on our clients and ensuring employees are looked after.
