Pros
Decent benefits and good client interactions, learning a lot by doing, & team members
Cons
Mediocre pay for many of us and so-so benefits; really the company is set up to pay more senior folks exorbitantly in multiple ways while many team members struggle to get by each month; no clear career paths for many, many people - it's basically sticking people in the same job for years and years and years with no path to advancement (I speak generally since this is pretty common at this company)
