Again the chilled out environment is the thing that sometimes hinder the work. People are very relaxed and always joking around. No serious work related talks happens in the group. Less responsibility is shouldered to the person which sometimes create a learning gap

The managers and the senior level managers have complete no technical knowledge regarding the Managerial activities, There is no recognition to employee given even if you work on weekends.
