Pros

The actual advisers (SME) business that are this companies clients they’re meant to be serving. Also Steve Gaffney by far is this company’s asset.

Cons

The entire Aon Financial Advice relationship management team. There is no inclusiveness in this team. Management Pretend to want to help you, then turn the tables to make themselves look good.

Pros

The Founders and pre-acquisition Practitioners and Subject Matter Experts were high-caliber and from esteemed positions and industries. The company was involved with many of the most highly-publicized breaches, so the work was exciting.

Cons

Since the merger with Aon, the firm has lost many of its best and brightest employees. There have been multiple re-orgs, and down-sizing, and management changes, and structural changes; and there doesn't seem to be a cohesive vision or strategy.

Pros

Great benefits, plenty of internal opportunity

Cons

Cannot work from home in my role, not because of access/capalibity restrictions, but because upper management in my unit is rigid/inflexibile/unadaptive
