      Pros

      Good employee benefits and work culture in the office. Great talent and disruptive product !

      Cons

      Does not match employee contribution in 401k :-( Located in SFO downtown, should have at least one other office in east/south bay.

      Pros

      Fast growing company with an innovative and disruptive product in the APM market. Fun corporate culture that rewards good work and innovative ideas. Cutting edge take on product, marketing, and sales offers terrific opportunity for professional growth. Tons of perks are always good and add to productivity.

      Cons

      A lot to do!!! Rapid growth means you don't have a ton of down time (to me this is a pro but to others this will be a con).

      Pros

      Really fast-paced, exciting place to work. Lots of great, super talented people. Plenty of opportunities for advancement. We get a fair amount of independence. If someone has an idea, they can run with it and make it happen.

      Cons

      The fast pace isn't for everyone. You have to be careful not to take on too much and burn out. Also, the company as a whole is a little spoiled by success. We need to remember to celebrate our accomplishments and enjoy the ride.
