      Work life balance was ok Decent appraisals Good team- not management Goodies (off late reduced due to the pandemic)

      Product has no vision Everyone are working blindly and dont know where they will lead to High Attrition rate Managers do a lot of micro management Managers are not trained well- they put everything on the policies No much attempt to retain good employees
