Pros

Flexibility - catered breakfast and lunch? Not a lot to say here. Having a hard time filing out the 20 word minimum

Cons

Shady management. Brought in their old buddies from their former company that failed and fired or forced out all original employees who made the company what it is.

Great product, poor managment

Pros

Powerful, great product. Appdynamics is a leader in the APM space. From a product standpoint, they have a bright future.

Cons

- Lots of politics and nepotism from sr. management on up. - Management style is abusive. - Bosses, not leaders. - Zero representation and communication from the executive team.

We have in place an annual performance review where you can critique your manager and receive feedback from them as well. We also have an open door policy where you are more than welcome to set up 1:1 with your managers to discuss your opinions and concerns. Please take advantage of this system as we want our employees to feel comfortable and happy in our workplace!

Pros

Previously some great learning opportunity from seasoned sales people and to force the practise of good sales execution. Unfortunately the new wave of “leaders” don’t have any of the credentials to run the dictatorship.

Cons

Despite any previous sales experience expect to be treated like you have just left school. There is an expectation that everybody is incompetent and has to be subservient to the management, opinions are frankly not allowed and during QBRs you are only expected to give “yes” or “no” answers. Calls and meetings will be put into your diary at 7am and considered mandatory without any discussion. The deep dive into your “drive” uncovered during your interview process will be questioned constantly and used to humiliate you publicly. Expect to see marriages breakdown as the norm, as well as health problems - there won’t be any support when this happens. The lion culture has become a cult, and leadership with credibility replaced with a bunch of 30-something’s who thrive on belittling the people around them. It’s a cult.. which if you make it out alive will make you realise the psychological impact of working in such a toxic environment.
