      - Some great engineers. - Product focus and attention to detail. - Work/life balance and schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      - Innovation slowed down by processes and corporate conformism. - Company seniority is very important, which sometimes discourages the best engineers from continuing to grow. - Mostly incompetent employees stick around, switching teams. It's difficult to get fired.
