Great benefits, 3 weeks vacation and also an option to buy a 4th week. 401k match is good, Health Insurance is on the higher side but still good.

Cons

Training is a hit and miss - most of the time you get thrown in and are expected to make it on your own.

- Arca Continental is changing everything about our old jobs for the worse. - Be prepared to have none of your software or technology work properly. - Management is clueless.
