Employee discount, If you are brave enough to drink their beverages after you see their poorly cleaned warehouses.

Cons

No work life balance. Management treats employees poorly. The DM at my particular location has single handedly ran off many supervisors by humiliating them and treating them like second class citizens. If these issues are brought to HR's attention, HR calls the DM and they work on getting around any broken laws.

3 weeks and 3 days of vacation first year,holiday pay, 401k, solid hourly rate for plenty of chances to get O/T great life/work balance

Cons

The on call schedule can be rough at times but there is enough tech's to make it easy to rotate weekends plus you get 100 on call pay plus the O/T
