Great company based out of Mexico (Monterrey) where no nonsense prevails. and a typical drive for entrep[entrepreneurship exists

Cons

Nepotism galore, and political in crowd maneuvering required...do not expect to be rewarded for doing your job unless you make it blatantly evident to those in power.

Good pay, team work and positive rate of work. I work very well in this company because they didn't push a lot the workers.

Cons

They didn't make new products, in a long time.they products contain too many sugar and to some people are an conflict.
