      It says I have to write something here.

      Cons

      Huge turnover. Always looking for younger people who will do work for a fraction of a good wage. Loyalty means nothing. Management picks favorites. Hard work and loyalty mean nothing.

      Really good Arcadis folk, unfortunately I don't always get to work with them do to nature of the business.

      Pros

      Competitive and non-micromanagement style. Environment set-up for employees to be self sufficient is great once you get into the flow of things.

      Cons

      Lots of changes and struggles with consistency from leadership due to dynamics. Arcadis is a very big company and feels distant at times.

      Pros

      ARCADIS was at the top of the game at one time and still is to a certain extent. Some of the strongest people in the business with internal technical programs that other companies would envy. Most of the people were fantastic and experience was overall great!

      Cons

      Compensation is not that great and you are extremely overworked. Also, senior staff that most looked up to were starting to be dismissed. As I saw mentors and leaders get released, asked to leave, or leave on their own due to bottom line pressures, I realized that ARCADIS is not the place for me in the long term.
