Terrible communication between operations staff and upper management. Pockets of expertise littered across the country with no way to find or utilize that expertise. Miserable (terrible performance, stability, accountability) IT infrastructure. Large wins are credited to project managers with no acknowledgement of the staff that actually completed the work. Company makes a show of listening to the opinions of all employees but very little evidence that any action is taken as a result. Executive staff appears at times to be completely unfamiliar with what the company even does. Salaries are not terribly competitive.
