      Pros

      Excellent people, culture, and environment. A great diversity of responsibilities and ample opportunities to lean and grow. Professional development is nurtured. Career paths and options are clearly laid out. Good work is rewarded over seniority. Freedom and flexibility is the norm.

      Cons

      Compensation for similar work is generally lower than other companies. This is especially true for entry level employees. Work/life balance can go out the window if you're uncomfortable with saying no.

      Efficient company, smart people, no office culture

      Pros

      Work from home. Very efficient company filled with smart and efficient people.

      Cons

      Very little office culture. The offices are full of engineers (geologists are typically in field or wfh), who aren't known for being very outgoing and social.

      Poor Leadership.. Big Politic and Declining Business

      Pros

      Able to learn multiple discipline projects with current team leader.

      Cons

      Big politic in the Regional and Country Management.. Poor compensation, poor benefits, poor bonus.. Haven't received increment for the past 2 years and reason was not much projects are awarded. However, the team is doing multiple projects with limited resources and all the profits goes to the Company but the staffs did not get appreciation from the Company...
