Global connections, good social scene, good exposure to technical design issues, broad engineering capacity. Cross collaboration among teams and global offices is growing

Cons

Tendency to take on too much work so you end up with poor work-life balance. Need more staff. Marketing is rubbish so no ones heard of the company and this leads to difficulty recruiting.
