good working environment and per general a good company to start your carrier in. a lot of traveling abroad thru Europe

Cons

it is quite hard to get a salary raise. You do more modeling then design and you cannot really raise your experience

Great people, great company, great team Flexible with working remotely Refocusing marketing function on more strategic and modern initiatives vs. the same old tactics as the past 50 years

Cons

Lots of reorganization and turnover in recent years Organization doesn't understand and is generally not supportive (yet) of modern marketing so it's very challenging. Salary and titles have not been updated to reflect higher levels of responsibility and expertise required for new marketing focus, and are not competitive with similar positions in other industries and firms
